Tony has had a dynamic practice, covering both civil, and previously criminal matters, in state and federal courts. His practice, primarily based in Texas, has allowed him to handle cases against Fortune 500 companies as well as against governmental agencies. In doing so, he has gone up against some of the largest law firms in the country.
Prior to joining Stephens, Reed & Armstrong, Tony co-founded Sherman Watkins PLLC, where he practiced civil and criminal litigation. His diverse history also, includes working for a boutique civil defense law firm, as well as a prominent plaintiff’s firm in Texas.

- Briefed Age Discrimination case and argument granted in United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
