Although we are aggressive advocates, our firm exists to bring value to our clients. We work diligently to economically resolve our client’s disputes while pushing toward their desired result. We understand that one size typically does not fit all and what worked for one client or one situation will not necessarily work for another. We encourage clients and general counsel to be hands on in the litigation process. We explain to them exactly what our strategy is before we proceed because it is their company on the line. With this in mind, we put together a custom strategy while focusing on the end objective. We then modify the strategy until we get the most efficient and effective way to reach our clients’ desired solution.
